Landscape Architecture/Land Planning
Keith E. Simpson Associates is involved with several large-scale planning and design projects.  The firm has been employed as campus Landscape Architects for a preparatory school in upper Connecticut, a research laboratory on Long Island and several hospitals in the New York- CT area.  Our services include preparation of site analysis and feasibility studies, to development of schematic designs and master plans through construction documents and specifications.

Environmental Planning
One of our roles as Landscape Architects is to protect today’s endangered wetlands and water systems in addition to enhancing plant and wildlife communities that are associated with them.  The firm has expertise in designing ponds, stream enhancements and wetland plantings, in addition to extensive experience in preparing environmental reports and applications.

Residential Design
Residential design services offered by the firm include projects of diverse scale and scope.  These projects range from master plans for properties of all sizes to design of swimming pools, tennis courts, ponds, terraces and driveways to meadows, lawns and gardens.  Other services provided include permitting, site selection and house location, as well as screening of adjacent properties and steep slope solutions.

Project Coordination
The firm provides numerous services associated with the management of a project from program development through permitting, design phases and implementation.  We strive to ensure a high quality of construction by coordinating the work and performing on-site inspections.
